Returns & Exchanges

Defined by restraint. Including how we handle what comes back.

The Standard

Calton Brown accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of confirmed delivery. All original tags must be attached. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

What Is Not Eligible

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: gift cards, undergarments, items marked as final sale at the time of purchase, and items returned outside the 14-day window.

How to Initiate a Return

We are working tirelessly to introduce a standardized portal. However, at the present moment, returns are handled directly—the way they should be.

  1. Email admin@caltonbrown.store with the subject line: Return – [Your Order Number]
  2. Include your reason for return and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or colourway, state this in your return email. Subject to availability, we will reserve the replacement ahead of your return being processed. Where the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged. In that case, we will arrange collection at no cost to you.

A Note on Quality

Every piece that leaves our warehouse is subject to a quality check before dispatch. If something has reached you in a condition that does not meet our standard, contact us immediately with an attachment(s) of your package at admin@caltonbrown.store and we will resolve it without friction.
