Shipping policy

Orders are fulfilled through a controlled logistics model to preserve product quality and consistency. In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days, while limited or made-to-order pieces may require 5–10 business days.

Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days within the United Kingdom and 7–14 business days internationally, including South Africa. Duties and taxes may apply to international shipments and remain the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise specified. At present, these are calculated at checkout, and you will not be billed separately upon delivery.

Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided. Please note that external delays, including customs processing and courier disruptions, remain outside of our control.
